The Mack Champ Invitational is committed to safety and will be strictly enforcing the following protocols during the tournament.
Face Coverings: All players, parents and spectators must wear face coverings while they are on site and are unable to social distance. Face coverings are also required at all times while inside.
On-site Screening Process: Please be prepared to answer the following questions when you first arrive at Memorial Park Golf Course for registration. If you play an additional practice round or visit Memorial Park Golf Course for reasons unrelated to the tournament, you will be subject to the course’s protocols.
During the past 14 days have you:
- Been tested for COVID-19? If yes, were the results:
- Positive
- Negative
- Awaiting Results
- Been personally asked to quarantine by a doctor or other medical authority?
- Been exposed to any household member, close relative or friend who tested positive?
- Run a fever over 100.4 F°?
- Experienced shortness of breath?
- Experienced abnormal coughing symptoms?
- Experienced loss of taste or smell, chills, shaking, sore throat or muscle aches?
- Experienced any other flu-like symptoms?
Code of Conduct: The Mack Champ Invitational will not tolerate players or parents who do not adhere to guidelines enacted to protect player safety. We reserve the right to penalize and/or disqualify players who knowingly and/or willingly disregard policies to promote social distancing or safety. Players are also responsible for the actions of their family members and guests.
Dinner Reception: Please note that we will take temperatures at the door and enforce social distancing, and all guests will be required to wear masks when they are not eating or drinking. Will will have staggered arrival times and servers at the buffet, and the Post Oak Ballroom will be at less than 50% capacity to encourage social distancing. Learn more here.
