Pace of Play: Pace of play guidelines can be found here. Please review them before the first round!
Spectator Golf Carts: Spectator carts are not allowed during tournament rounds without a government-issued Blue Permanent Handicap placard. Please contact Ryan Wilson (email@example.com) prior to Friday if you are in need of a handicap cart.
Caddies: Caddies are allowed for players in the 11-12 division. Caddies can pick up a caddie bib at tournament headquarters (The Museum Room).
Gerald Albright Benefit Concert: Grammy-nominated jazz artist Gerald Albright performed for our families on Friday, March 18.
Dinner Reception: Players and families attended our Saturday dinner reception, which featured a roundtable discussion with Sean Foley, Cameron Champ, Michael Collins and Scott Walker.
Parking: Parking at Memorial Park Golf Course is $1 for every 3 hours. Download the ParkMobile App or pay at the kiosk.

#PapaChamp: Our official hashtag for the Mack Champ Invitational is #PapaChamp. Please remember to use it when posting to social media, and to tag the Cameron Champ Foundation (@cameronchampFDN), the Astros Foundation (@astrosfoundation), and Chevron (@chevron).
Scorecards: Players will be required to bring a smartphone or device with internet capabilities that supports the Golf Genius app (available on iOS or Android) to use for official scorecards and live scoring. Please make sure you have the most updated version of the app. Instructions for using the app can be found here and here. Each player will be provided with a Golf Genius ID at the starting tee and will be assigned to mark for another player in the group. Players are responsible for providing their own device and ensuring it is fully charged for the round.
Hotels: The Mack Champ Invitational has partnered with the Omni Houston and the Hampton Inn & Suites I-10 Central to provide special rates to our participants.
Rangefinders: The Mack Champ Invitational allows the use of distance-measuring devices in all competitions. If, during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance-measuring device to gauge or MEASURE OTHER CONDITIONS that might affect his/her play (e.g., gradient, wind speed, temperature, etc.), the player is in breach of Rule 4.3(1).
Push Carts: Push carts (non-motorized) are approved for use by all players as permitted by the host facility. Players are responsible for providing their own push carts.
Age Divisions: The Mack Champ Invitational will have two age divisions: 11-12 and 13-18. (Note: 19-year-old high school seniors are allowed to play; gap-year play is not supported after Dec. 31 following high school graduation.)
Course Yardages and Rating
Entry Fee: The 2022 tournament entry fee is $295, which covers 36 holes of competition, a junior am round or a free practice round, and a welcome gift package. The entry fee will be collected when the player is accepted into the field.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations received on or before February 15th will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after February 15th will forfeit their entry fee.
